We have two surface treatments:1. Chromeplating surface treatment: It provides increased surface, increased resistance to corrosion and rust.
2. Plasma nitride treatment: The main benefit of our plasma nitride treatment is dramatically increased resistance against weld spatter and resistance against wear and deformation.
Additional benefits of the nitride process include resistance to corrosion.
3D welding table
Made from Cast iron/Steel the 3D welding jig table from DCT is made to withstand the rigors of any shop. All of DCT's welding tables are made to exact tolerances and maintain flatness of +/- .0025". The 3D Welding Jig Table has many table size options and has a total of 5 mounting surfaces that use Industry standard 28mm holes that are spaced at 100mm to ensure the most options with the strongest holding power.
